THE FIRST WEEK OR TWO IS GOING TO BE THE MOST CHALLENGING! 
BUT AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OR TWO IT WILL BEGIN TO FEEL A LITTLE BIT EASIER. BY WEEK 4 IT WILL FEEL GOOD. AND BY WEEK 8 YOU WILL WONDER HOW YOU EVER ATE ANY OTHER WAY!
